Bhubaneswar always needed a decent home for the elderly people with the required inbuilt facilities to ensure a good care for them. With the intention of fulfilling this requirement Lions Home trust has come up with their dream project ASHIANA which along-with catering to the needy elders will also create an environment for them to feel happy about and cherish. It has 120 dwelling units in two phases. Each phase will have 4 two room units and 56 one room units.
“Lions Home Trust” will not only develop and build this project but also operate the same.
The project is situated over two acres of land at Chandaka, Bhubaneswar besides SOG Campus . The site is located at a distance of around 12 – 18 Kms from Railway Station, Airport, Bus stand & various Important Hospitals like Apollo, Amri, Aiims etc. The area has recently developed a lot with four lanning of the road. Moreover Chandaka crossing will be a major crossing in next 3/5 years
